I love podcasts! They are entertaining, educational and help keep me motivated…and when I spend most of my day with a toddler it’s as close to an intellectual adult conversation I get sometimes. If you’re new to podcasts, they are audio shows you can find on iTunes and they are FREE. I listen to them while I drive, clean the house, cook, go for walks/runs, fall asleep… I actually found I will walk or run longer so I can finish the podcast I’m listening to and sometimes I don’t even realize how far I’ve gone.
