This week includes a little Mexican, a little “grandma’s home cooking” style food and some fresh salads. They are all gluten free, dairy free and made up of clean, whole foods so you can feel good and ditch those foods that can slow you down. As I always do I find that planning 4 meals each week is a nice amount. Some nights are leftovers, some are eating out and some nights we grab something from the freezer to reheat.

Pork Roast and Roasted Vegetables with Honey and Balsamic Syrup
All the flavour of your grandma’s cabbage rolls but in a soup!
Apple Cranberry Spinach Salad with Pecans, Avocados and Balsamic Dressing – Top with a Baked, Sliced Chicken Breast
You can make your own dressing by adding the following to a jar and shake:
2 parts olive oil
1 part balsamic vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 part honey or maple syrup (or less)
sea salt and pepper
