Sunday mornings are my favourite! I love these slow mornings with my family and a good cup of coffee. I feel like I’m getting into a good routine now. Sundays are my day to plan out my week and to do a little prep. I’m finding this planning part is HUGE. The weeks that I don’t have a plan is when I grab whatever is convenient (which never is very healthy). And that usually leads to a crash in energy, moodiness, and just not feeling good…plus it often leads to a little extra weight around the tummy. I also love meal planning for that feeling of being organized and having a plan for the week. So I’m committed to spending just a little bit of time every Sunday on this….and the rest for family time, Pinterest…and usually more coffee.
