So it’s almost back to school time and I’m finding I’m craving more structure, healthier meals and just overall getting back into a routine and back on track. To me September always feels a little like the new year. I have that motivation to do a little better and to get back on track. Anytime I get that motivation I try to run with it. And along with that is following the meal plans from the Mama Recharged Membership, doing a little meal prep each week AND trying to get to bed a little earlier.
I decided I would start sharing what our plans look like each week. Here’s what this week’s plan looks like. This week is our “Fall Harvest” plan. A meal plan with the best produce of the fall season. This meal plan incorporates a ton of delicious fall produce so you can eat local, eat clean and feel awesome!
