This week’s plan is one of my favourites! It includes many of my favourite breakfasts like chocolate protein pancakes for the slower mornings and bulletproof lattes for the busier ones. A few of my favourite suppers like the “Everything Bagel Seasoned Chicken”, “Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs”, and our “Grilled Bruschetta Chicken”! I love that this plan can has some healthy carbs in it but can easily be low carb with just a couple tweaks. As always it is gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar free because from my personal experience and from helping my clients those are the three most common energy drainers, not to mention the biggest culprits that can cause us to hold onto weight.
