I love mornings like this to cozy up on the couch with a blanket and a hot coffee and plan out my week. I’m finding that planning out my meals and some snacks for the week is making a huge difference in; 1) feeling somewhat like I have my sh*% together and 2) being able to actually stick with a healthy eating plan. And when I stick with that plan I feel so much better and I have so much more energy – and bonus, I’ve already lost those extra few pounds that crept up from way too many summertime drinks and treats.
