Pumpkin Spice Latte
Even if you’re avoiding dairy, you can still enjoy a pumpkin spice latte made with your favorite non-dairy milk! You also can avoid the 50 grams of sugar that comes along with a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte. This is my favourite comforting fall afternoon drink. Turn it into an afternoon snack and enjoy it along with a Pumpkin Breakfast Cookie. The only other thing you need is a cozy blanket and wool socks and you have a Pinterest perfect afternoon! 🙂 You can also check out my (edited) Facebook Live where I made my favourite Pumpkin Spice Latte – with my toddler here. This recipe is slightly different from the one below. It uses the addition of dates to sweeten. Both are delicious!
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pumpkin Seeds
Who remembers that Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal from when you were a kid?!? Heck, I not only loved that as a kid but I remember that being a binge-food of choice in my 20s. Well…here is a guilt free cinnamon toast crunch snack that will actually nourish you! Grab the recipe here.
Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
I’ve been getting back into fitting in a quick 30 minute work most day and I love a good protein shake afterwards. Partly because it’s cooling and refreshing after a hard workout but also because it’s actually effective to pair with a workout – get that protein shake in within 30 minutes after the workout for better results. This is also a great choice for a quick breakfast or just an afternoon snack.
Maple Pumpkin Popcorn
Popcorn is one of my favourite evening snacks. Often on a Friday night the fam will all cuddle up with a bowl of popcorn and a movie. This one is a kids fav as well! Tip: you can do butter instead of coconut oil in this recipe if you’d like – I like the taste better and even though I don’t do well with dairy, I seem to do ok with butter.
Pumpkin Breakfast Cookies
Who doesn’t love a good cookie!?! And when you can eat it for breakfast guilt free that’s even better!! These go great with a cup of coffee for an afternoon snack or for a quick breakfast on the go. Get the recipe here.
Pumpkin Spice Granola
This is another favourite. I like add a splash of almond milk and eat it more like a cereal. Tip: for a healthier dessert. Bake or microwave apple slices, top with this granola and add a splash of almond or coconut milk! Get the recipe here.
