Burrito bowls have become one of my favourite suppers lately. It can be a dish for one or, if you are feeding a family or company, get a big platter and fill it with greens then arrange the ingredients on top in sections. The presentation is beautiful this way. We sometimes serve this when my parents or in-laws are over.
My kids are picky eaters (maybe you can relate) and they don’t like everything touching like this and also don’t like everything in the dish. So what I do is I have plates with divided sections. I add the things I know they will eat without a fight; chicken, rice, corn. And I usually make them try one new thing.
