These bars are perfect with a morning coffee, after a workout or for a snack! And they are so good and super quick to make!

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Press dough into a parchment lined 9x5 loaf pan. Chill for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Slice into 6 bars and wrap/bag each bar individually. Keep refrigerated or keep frozen. Frozen is my favorite way to go.
