I love these bars! They are super quick and easy to make, they contain a lot of protein and good, fat burning fat of coconut oil. I like to have one in the morning with my coffee. It gives me a good amount of energy. I notice a difference when I start my morning like this.
Peanut Butter Protein Bars
These are my favourite bars!! I am a little addicted to them. I have a bar every morning with my cup of coffee. I try to limit myself to one a day but I sometimes have another with an afternoon cup of coffee.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Press dough into a parchment lined 9x5 loaf pan. Chill for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
Slice into 6 bars and wrap/bag each bar individually.
Keep refrigerated or keep frozen. Frozen is my favorite way to go.
