Sweet Potato Julius
I like to bake up a bunch of sweet potatoes ahead of time to have them in the fridge or freezer ready to go. For the freezer, mash up the sweet potato and put in small freezer bags. Seal and spread flat before freezing. It will thaw quickly this way or even just break it up a bit and add to blender frozen. Adjust the amount of liquid to your desired consistency.
