This is a round up of my favourite Canada Day snacks. They are healthier options than the usual cakes and cookies so you can feel good all weekend! And most are dairy free, refined sugar free and gluten free! Better for the kids…and mama!

Layer ice, cranberry juice, more ice, soda water, strawberries….and rum!
